The concept for Modified Sunlounge comes from the Body Abode brief; a project from Martin Sims Sculpture, Performance & Installation class in Session 1 this year. The following excerpts from Martin’s brief, outline the framework for the project.

“...Invent and construct a survival/ dwelling capsule that is portable and modelled on the shape of your own body... an enclosed personal space that can move anywhere yet remain a fixed private space within.”
