How do I place an order?
Please click on the Application Form link at the top of the screen. Choose which currency you'd like to pay in. Nominate which domain you'd like us to set the server for then click on either the Linux Box [if you wish to use Linux as your Operating System] or the Windows Box for Windows NT and Windows 2000 operating systems. From here, please configure the server as desired and then click Order.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept payment by credit card, check payments in American and Australian dollars.

What happens after I pay?
Once the server is set up, we will email the login details to access your server. You will have full ftp and mail access. You will be able to upload files via the ftp and create your own mail accounts.

We will monitor the server 24 hours, 7 days a week. Depending on the options you choose, Technical Support will also take care of troubleshooting your server as soon as an alert is issued by the Monitor.

Will my server have a web-based control panel?
Yes, you can add data sources, change passwords, access webmail and more.
